Balsamic Marinated Watermelon
This simple treatment highlights the natural sweetness of summer-fresh watermelon. Serve it on its own with toothpicks as a cool appetizer (terrific with chilled rosé), as side dish (it’s especially good with poultry) or tossed in a salad.
