Here's what Home Cooking School looks like ...


  • Videos of Live Zoom Classes

    Not only will you have a video of me teaching you that day's lesson right there in my own kitchen -- no fancy sous chefs or prep cooks. You'll also gain insights from the Q&A, since these recorded videos are from the live beta run earlier this year. 

  • Uber Helpful Worksheets 

    For each class, you'll have super helpful worksheets, checklists, and cheat sheets to help you remember what you learned in the video, and to have beside you for quick reference as you put everything into practice.

  • Mouthwatering Meals

    At the beginning of each week, you'll receive your recipe packet for so you can shop once for the week. You'll have three meals each week as the result of your "studies." Plus, I'll give you ideas for "reinventing" leftovers for easy dinners on other nights.

  • Virtual Classroom

    You can access all the week's materials, videos, worksheets, checklists, cheat sheets, and recipes in our Virtual Classroom. Better than other social platforms, in our Virtual Classroom we can carry on conversations related to each class's topic (so you'll know your questions will get answered ... and you'll be able to find them again ;-)!), rather than it all being a messy jumble.


And, yes, you'll have access to the Virtual Classroom indefinitely, so you can go back and rewatch the videos and access your materials whenever, and as many times, as you like 😊.

You'll get a starting questionnaire as soon as you sign up, followed by access to the Orientation module in the Virtual Classroom on Sunday. So you'll get chance to get into the right mindset and meet your classmates before class officially begins on Monday. ($250 value)

    Our first week, I'll walk you through stocking up your pantry, make sure your basic tools are up to snuff, and teach you basic prep tips that will transform your time in the kitchen. ($1,200 value)

    Starting survey and access to the Virtual Classroom 

    As soon as you sign up, you'll get an e-mail from me with a starting survey for you to take before we start. Then, on Sunday, I'll send you login information for the Virtual Classroom, where you can dig into the Orientation module so we can hit the ground running on Monday.

    Weekly shopping list and agenda

    On Saturdays, I'll post the recipe packet for the coming week in the Classroom along with an agenda on what we'll be covering.
