Skirt steak is a great choice for a weeknight meat craving. It cooks up superfast and takes great to rubs. Ingredients
2teaspoonscoriander
2teaspoonsoregano
2teaspoonspaprika
1teaspoonkosher salt
1teaspooncumin
1teaspoononion powder
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1-1/2poundsskirt steak
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Mix spices together in a small bowl. Rub all over steak.
Grill skirt steak for 3-5 minutes per side, until medium rare.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
